Please upload a photo of your fur baby and provide us with the name of your fur baby in the notes at check-out. We will turn your fur baby into a digital illustration and our team will be in touch via email with sample designs. We will work diligently to ensure you are happy with your order.
How to Design Your Phone Case:
1. To customise, select the "choose file" button under "upload a file". Upload [1] photo.
2. All custom costs are already included. No additional fees will be required.
3. Add any additional comments/details in the notes at check-out (e.g., if applicable, name of your pet, preferred font style, gender the case is for etc.).
4. We will be in touch via email to finalise your order.
5. Our design team will provide you with 2-3 digital sample images for you to select your preference.
6. Please note payment is required upfront.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition, you received. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase for a refund, store credit or replacement.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn. If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item.
