We know you cannot wait to get your hands on the purchased goodies. We are just as excited as you are. That is why we try our best to pack and post your orders as soon as possible.

Rates vary depending on your location. All rates can be found at check-out. We are currently in the process of providing a more efficient and accessible layout to view all rates before check-out. 

Please contact our Customer Service (info@chanaecases.com) if you have any questions. We are not responsible for delays caused by: The local Courier, Royal Mail or DHL, especially during high-volume seasons.

 

Update - 28.08.22:

Please note that we are currently experiencing shipping delays due to reasons out of our control. We are working overtime to resolve this issue with the various couriers involved. 

 

Fulfilment and shipping time: 

United Kingdom - Estimated 2 to 4 business days

United States - Estimated 4 to 8 business days

Canada - Estimated 7 to 15 business days

Barbados - Estimated 10 to 20 business days (updated 27.08.2022)

Rest of the world - Estimated 10 to 30 business days (depending on location)
